An Act making, amending, and repealing                                        
appropriations; and providing for an effective date.                           
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved that the Senate concur in the House                      
amendments.                                                                    
                                                                               
The question being: Shall the Senate concur in the House                       
amendments to 2d CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 136(FIN) am H(brf
